Today is a day dedicated to technology workers and tech professionals. It’s no lie I’m a big fan of technology. The photo is of me with my favorite device, my Nexus 5. This is the view my friends and coworkers see a lot. So I take a lot of pictures and videos? So what?!

As part of Techies Day, I’ve included the Top 5 most used apps on my phone.

Spotify – Download this app! I use this almost exclusively for my music listening. I pay the $9.99/month for offline listening and no commercials. It’s been about 9 months now and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. (Android, iOS, Windows Phone)

Fenix – This is my Twitter App of choice. I like the look and feel of it, and it’s easier for me to switch between my 2 accounts. Follow me @lizprobackstage. (Android)

1 Second Everyday – This app is amazing. It encourages you to record video each day, choose which second you want, then puts all these clips together. I’ve been doing it for over a year and love it. (Android, iOS)

GroupMe – I use this messaging app every day with my friends and family. It’s available on all platforms, which is nice since literally everyone I know has an iPhone. You can have multiple groups, share pictures, share locations, and share personal messages as well. (Android, iOS)

Splitwise – This is a great app for sharing and splitting the bill with multiple people. I use it with family, roommates, and friends. It really helps me keep things in order. (Android, iOS)
