October 19th – National Seafood Bisque Day

I did not make Seafood Bisque.

Today was difficult because this was the only option of what to celebrate, and it is a Sunday. I try not to go out/spend money on Sundays so I knew I’d be doing this one at home instead of a restaurant. Also, seafood is expensive and I’m on a budget.

So I went with Tomato Bisque instead. I used THIS RECIPE that I found on Pinterest. I chose this one because it is made in the crockpot, and that’s basically the only way I make anything. It was super easy to make and actually pretty tasty. As you can see, I ate it with Grilled Cheese (#Yum).

This might be the healthiest thing I’ve done so far. My body is like, “Vegetables?!” (Just kidding, I eat vegetables all the time……………………)
