I found this place in Harlem called Falafel Tarboosh that I decided to give a try today. I had the chicken and falafel, and it was so good. I don’t have a lot of experience with Middle Eastern food, so I can’t compare it to much, but I can say that it was delicious.
I waited for a long time for my food, but that was because they were making it fresh. I’d read this in the reviews so I knew it was coming, but I imagine people get annoyed at having to wait so long. Still, I’d take a wait and fresh food over the alternative.
We then shared this lovely baklava. Once again, I don’t have much to compare it to. I will admit though, that I don’t think I’m a fan. I don’t think it was bad baklava, I just think I don’t like baklava.
