What you see here is two people randomly throwing things together to fry then call a fritter. Melanie has chopped apples in her hand. Neither one of us knew what we were doing, and most of our creations weren’t very good. Please note that the time was 10:52pm.

We finally stopped frying stuff when the apartment started getting really smokey and I was scared that the fire alarm was going to go off. (Don’t worry, Melanie opened the window and stood in the hall waving a towel around.)

So…we may not have made wonderful fritters, but at least we had a good time!
