So I know it’s totally super romantic, but I bought these chocolates for myself. My life is awesome.
I was then able to surprise myself with what was actually inside each chocolate. I’m sure I looked mostly like this:
Except…not depressed.
For Valentine’s Day I was thinking about romantic songs and some of my favorite lines. If you’ve been reading the blog for a while you know i don’t have favorites. I just to through phases. So I don’t have a favorite love song, but the first song that came to my mind tonight is from The Last Five Years.
The movie just came out today. I’m sure it’s amazing and I can’t wait to see it. I wouldn’t recommend it for Valentine’s Day. It’s a little too depressing for that. It’s a musical that tells a love story that lasts 5 years from beginning to end. The girl starts at the end of the relationship and moves backwards, while the guy starts at the beginning and moves forward. The only time they are in the same place in time is in the middle of the show. That’s this song.

“Til there’s no one left who has ever known us apart.”
Do you have a favorite love song or favorite lyric from a love song? Share them with me! I love that stuff.
I didn’t really do anything for Ferris Wheel Day, but I did look it up. Oh man, am I excited about what I found. New York City is building the biggest Ferris Wheel in Staten Island. They expect it will be the another grand attraction. Like the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building.
They are breaking ground next month and it will be completed in 2017.
Maybe I’ll spend a Valentine’s Day there some day. Dream big Lizzie. Dream big.
What’s Tomorrow?
