So….ya.
We’ve got a #bakingfail over here. I guess it’s to be expected when I tried to use a recipe that required a candy thermometer.
I don’t own a candy thermometer.
So I ended up boiling the fudge for too long. I was then supposed to let it cool, then stir as it started to harden. It started hardening almost the second I took it off the heat. So I dumped it in to the pan in an effort to save it. It’s basically a fudge brick.
Whatevs. Another kitchen lesson learned.
Here is the recipe I used. I imagine it would have been delicious if I’d done it right!
