You know what’s surprisingly yummy? Mixing Ice Cream and Raspberry Jam. I mean, I should have known. What about that doesn’t sound good?
So that’s what I did for today’s celebration. I had originally planned on visiting one of he only lighthouses in Utah, but I got busy with work and family. Figures doesn’t it? I’m normally on the East Coast, but on Lighthouse Day I’m in Utah.
