I was completely prepared to make buttermilk biscuits from scratch today. I looked up the recipe and everything. Unfortunately, when I went to the grocery store, the only buttermilk option was 1 quart. Who needs a quart of buttermilk?! It was also more expensive for just the buttermilk than to buy the Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits.
