Today is as good a day as any to gather together as family and friends to eat tasty puffs stuffed with cream. National Cream Puff Day. I was tempted to dip these in chocolate, but my sister said I could’t because, “that just makes it an eclair.”
That’s true. I worked at a bakery when I was in high school, and I dipped many an eclair.
