What a great thing to celebrate! I got today’s cookies from Paradise Bakery at a location in Lehi, Utah. These cookies were fantastic. I rather enjoy the desserts at Paradise Bakery. They’ve got great lemon bars as well. How have I been doing this for over a year and there hasn’t been a Lemon Bar Day?
