I didn’t do anything too exciting or crazy for today’s celebration. I sent a little picture to my boss: It put a smile on her face, which I guess is all we can ask for on a normal Thursday afternoon. Because it is also National Dictionary Day, I’m including the definition of my favorite word.

Tonight, my roommate and I ordered takeout and watched I Love Lucy. I remember watching Lucy when I was younger and thinking it was funny, but I was nervous that I was going to watch it now and find it boring. Ha. I’m so happy I was wrong. We watched 2 episodes, “Lucy meets Orson Wells”
