It was a disappointing turn of events that the Mexican Taco Truck that is often on the corner wasn’t there tonight. So we had to go homemade. Just some tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, and the last of the salsa drizzled over the top. What a lovely midnight snack! Has anybody found the secret to melting
