Happy Thanksgiving Everybody!
I was not able to be with my family this Thanksgiving, but I still had a lovely time with a lot of old and new friends.
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade occupied most of my holiday because I was working on it. That experience included a lot of rain and cold and no sleep, but this year ended up being much more fun than the other two years I’ve done it.
This year I am thankful that people open their homes to me, that friends reach out and make me feel special, and that I have an electric blanket. I’m also thankful for these National Day Celebrations that have helped my life more than anyone realizes. These coming few months will include many changes for me, and those would not have been possible if I hadn’t been pulled out of the place I was in before I started celebrating.
Spending this holiday away from family also means that we’ll all be together for Christmas! I love them and can’t wait for this
.
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday!
