I spent most of today with my dad and sister making goodies for the neighbors. I wouldn’t call this process easy.
I’d actually call this process hard candy. (#seewhatIdidthere?)
We made fudge, caramel, divinity, and cookies. Remember when I started this blog and was not at all comfortable in the kitchen? I won’t say that feeling is gone, but today I used a candy thermometer. So I am feeling pretty good about myself right now.
