I decided to go with cooking some Sweet Potato fries. It seemed like a nice little snack to eat while I’m watching the Oscars. Normally when I make fries at home I also make some fry sauce. I’m from Utah, and fry sauce is a local staple. Simply put, it’s ketchup and mayo mixed together.
