Nature Photography!
What is nature?
So my photography today was the beauty of nature in contrast with the concrete jungle that I live in. #nyc
I’m really a fan of that pic in the bottom left. I love how the lights from the building are reflecting off the fog. I took a nice long walk tonight and saw a lot of things worth taking pictures of.
Today is also Smile Power Day. As we were celebrating Melanie’s birthday, we took this picture of our lovely smiles.
Smiles really do have power don’t they? Have you ever tried to not smile back when someone gives you a genuine smile?
Once, when I was living in Cleveland, I was on a day off and hadn’t seen or spoken with anyone all day. As I went down to the grocery store I decided to be really happy and see if anyone noticed. As the woman gave my my receipt and said, “thanks,” I looked in her eyes and gave her a real smile.
“Wow. That smile really just made my day. Thank you.”
Smiles have power.
