The only National Day option today was Chop Suey Day. I decided not to do this today, because I’m not a huge fan of the chop suey I had last year on this day. So…Family Fun Month! How perfect is it that I’ve been spending the entire month of August with my family in Utah and Texas?

The only National Day for July 2nd was Anisette Day. That is a type of alcoholic drink that is compared in taste to black licorice. 1 – I don’t drink alcohol, and 2 – that sounds super gross. My backup plan for days when there isn’t anything I can celebrate is to celebrate the month.
