Today was the best day! Yes, this blog is dedicated to the daily celebration of national days, but that doesn’t stop me from being the person I am. The person that is over the top with Christmas. I just love it! And there is no greater place (besides home) to be during the Christmas season

Last night I had a Christmas Cookie Party to get ready for today. Everyone was sent home with a plate of cookies and told to take them in to work to celebrate National Cookie Day today. Some of my friends reported back with photos of their cookies at work. In general, there was much rejoicing.

This cake was super disappointing. I bought it at a bakery last night because I’m working all day today. So I whipped this baby out after I finished breakfast and took a few bites. So dry. SO. DRY. If I ever go back to that bakery, I’ll stick with donuts. The photo makes it look

If you Google “What is an ice cream sundae?” The results will be many wonderful photos of ice cream and the explanation that it’s any ice cream with toppings.
