Today was the best day! Yes, this blog is dedicated to the daily celebration of national days, but that doesn’t stop me from being the person I am. The person that is over the top with Christmas.
I just love it! And there is no greater place (besides home) to be during the Christmas season than New York City! Today some friends and I went ice skating at Bryant Park. The tree, the music, the people. The city. It was wonderful and magical and I just can’t say enough about it!
Afterwards I did some Christmas shopping in the little stores that surround the rink. This is also where I found this Brownie. It was a vegan brownie, so it wasn’t as fantastic as brownies should be. That’s fine by me though, because today was the best day!
Incidentally, is eating a vegan brownie basically like eating your vegetables?
