November 24th – National Sardines Day

You guys. You guys. I ate this.

I almost got out of it. I had found two very solid ways of celebrating today that didn’t involve me eating sardines, but both of them fell through. So I found a recipe online that didn’t look too bad. It actually almost looked good.

It’s Bread, a layer of Avocado and pepper, sardines, then diced garlic tomatoes.

Avocado Salsa and Sardine Frenchy

I got the ingredients and put this puppy together in no time at all. Seriously, for simplicity, this recipe gets 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it was disgusting. I mean, so gross. It definitely wasn’t as bad as National Vinegar Day, but it was pretty bad.

I’m just so lucky that I had an emergency stash of pumpkin reese’s to help get the taste out of my mouth.
