So, I made Chocolate Mousse today.
Two significant things happened.
1- I made Chocolate Mousse without the help of a mixer. Just elbow grease and Melanie subbing in a few times. I think I deserve props for that.
2- I used this Easy Chocolate Mousse recipe. Either I don’t know how to read a recipe, or this one was wrong. I thought it said that this recipe yields 2 servings. You might not be able to see how much we actually have here, but it is WAY more than just 2 servings.
I’m trying to figure out what the recipe was actually trying to say. If you know what it means, please tell me. As we all know, I’m new to all this.
Still, now I’ve got a lot of Chocolate Mousse in my freezer. That’s better than NOT having any chocolate mousse in your freezer.
