I’ve always been so impressed by Winston Churchill. He is someone whose life you can look back on and say that it made a difference. It really mattered in the history of the world. I’ve been looking at my life lately and wondering what I’m doing and what kind of difference I am making. I’ll probably never help to end a war and change the world, but I would still rather do something than nothing.

I don’t really use Pinterest that often, but I do love looking at the quotes. Sometimes you just need some words of wisdom or inspiration. Winston Churchill supplied a lot of that.

These are the quotes that jumped out at me today. You may notice a theme of courage. Maybe I’m at a point in my life where I feel like I need courage to stand for my convictions and do what I know is right even if it’s scary. Maybe the world is at a point where we need people to take a stance and fight for what is right even if it’s scary.

It’s so much easier to not choose sides, isn’t it? But I guess nothing will change if we don’t.
