My 3.8 miles today took me through the park. It was chilly and windy so at some points it felt more like fall than spring. Until I came out from under this tunnel. The other side of this tunnel is the baseball diamonds so when I walked up those steps, it smelled like cut grass. That smell will always take me back to Saturday mornings April through October when I was playing soccer or softball. That smell is the best, isn’t it?

Only a few more miles before I make it to Farmer Maggot’s Estates. I get daily information of where I’m located on the Hobbit’s route from The LOTR Project – Time & Distance Travelled.

While I do plan on listening to Lord Of The Rings Audiobook while I walk, I’ve decided to finish my listen of Harry Potter before I dive into it. I’ll have plenty of time.

I will say this until I am blue in the face – Hermione is the hero of those stories.
