I had my housewarming party tonight. In 2014 I worked like a crazy person and squirreled away as much money as I could. My singular goal was getting out of my old apartment and creating a place I could call home in this amazing but hectic and stressful city. I found it. I moved in

10 minute break during rehearsal. “So…um…who wants to celebrate National Croissant Day with me?” These two very willingly joined the celebration. I’m a little shy in explaining to people that this is what I do everyday. Not sure why. People always get a kick out of it, even if they aren’t interested in joining in.

In my quest for Corn Chips I accidentally stumbled across a grocery store. But, not just any old grocery store. A real one. You know, the kind with carts, and aisles that fit 2 carts going the opposite direction. It’s around the corner from where I’ve been having rehearsal, but I’d never bothered to go
