I don’t know when it happened, but suddenly I’ve become a baker!
When I looked at this recipe, I had all the ingredients I needed except for the Pecans. So…might as well!
I’m not a huge fan of pecans, so I honestly didn’t think I’d like these cookies very much. They are better than I anticipated, but I don’t think I’ll be eating too many of them. I shall take them in to work for everybody’s enjoyment.
These cookies seem like something my Grandma would have really loved.
This is the recipe I used. Super easy to make and not too many ingredients.
